DESCRIPTION

WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER THIS HIGHLY COLLECTABLE, Early U.K. Mono First Pressing Numbered 49998 which is  now very hard to find (certainly in this 'collectors' condition) This is a remarkably well preserved record set and it is offered along with the original Photos and Poster, all 100% guaranteed. It is part of a recently acquired private collection and it's condition defies it's age. The records play beautifully. we NEVER list any used records as MINT (please see our Goldmine Grading System below) it plays without fault and is fresh and bright as one would expect of a quality recording.

COVER

Original  laminate still has a bright sheen, it can only be described as NM or M- No tears or rips to the cover, only some minuscule creases at the corners. Nothing to detract from it's superlative condition for an album that is not 'Brand-New"

INNER SLEEVE

Original Black Apple Inner Sleeves are immaculate..simply pristine.

LABELS

Pristine condition (Both Records) with very minimal spindle marking, conversant with a record that has been very carefully handled by it's previous owner(s).

DISC

Both Records are visually graded Excellent  (EX) We NEVER list a record we know/suspect has been played as Mint. Only a few very slight surface marks/blemishes just visible without the aid of a bright LED light. Under light there are further signs of usage but nothing is audible. Both records play through their entirety impressively, no jumps, no skips or clicks, in-fact there are hardly even any pops whatsoever, The whole album plays absolutely lovely, incredible for a fifty year old.

This record is advertised elsewhere and may be removed from auction at any time before the listing is scheduled to end. It can be made available at our North Devon Shop for a private viewing by appointment.

RECORD GRADING

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. 

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced. 

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

WE ONLY LIST RECORDS GRADED VERY GOOD OR BETTER

All our Records are supplied with a Heavy Grade 'Collectors Quality' PVC Outer Sleeve and the record will be removed from its original inner sleeve and placed into a Spin Care Premium Japanese Hikari 12" Anti-Static Inner Vinyl Record Sleeve for posting.
