The Beatles, The Collection Original Master Recordings Vinyl With Geo Disc. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
Vinyl LPs are in excellent condition. They show no sign of ever being played. All LPs are housed in protective plastic sleeves that slide into individual pictorial cardboard sleeves [see photos].
Entire Beatles Collection , 14 vinyl LPs. Released in 1982. Album jackets represent the recording logs from each albums sessions. A separate book is included that contains all the original album art.
The Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (or MFSL ) Beatles Box set was released in 1982 (exact date unknown to me, either October or November). It's official name is "The Beatles/ The Collection" and it's catalogue number is MFSL BC-1.
The box set also includes a "Geo-Disc" which is a 12 inch plastic platter used to align and set your stylus and cartridge to a transcription deck !!
The outer box shows some moderate wear in the form of rubbing to the extremities of the case. Some marks to the faces of the box. One corner has a 1" white mark that might be removed with a citric cleaner. Latch works well. [See photos for condition]
Supposedly, 25,000 copies of this box set were released. All sold out within a year.
