Description
The Beatles – “The Decca Taps”. This record contains the complete Decca audition tapes recorded on January 1, 1962 with Pete Best on drums. There are 15 songs in total, including three Lennon/McCartney originals. (Like Dreamers Do; Hello Little Girl and Love of the Loved) I purchased it new in 1979 and played it only a few times before placing it in storage. It is in wonderful shape and has the look and feel of an English Import.
This album comes from my personal collection and was acquired by me for the collectability, scarcity and beautiful artwork. It has been stored indoors, upright in a dry smoke free home, in a protective plastic sleeve. The album will be mailed in a made-for-LP rigid cardboard carton with proper sized cardboard pads and additional protective material to prevent damage while in transit.
