DESCRIPTION: The Beatles- The White Album. Complete 1st UK MONO press with XEX 709-1/XEX 710-1/XEX 711-1/XEX 712-1 matrix and fully laminated G&L gate fold sleeve with flaps inside. Dark Apple labels with "sold in UK" text. Numbered 0604833. Complete with original black die-cut inners, poster and 4 photographs. My own copy until a recent upgrade. Vinyls have been kept in a separate white inner and the cover has been kept in a poly sleeve since I got this a few years ago. Ill be listing quite a few other 1960s Beatles records in next few weeks, many 1st pressings, all in very clean condition. Packed this weighs over 750gm so postage cost is as for a triple and includes insurance and a box mailer etc.. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Apple PMC 7067/8 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1968 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG+/VG+. Vinyls are both very clean with a nice sheen. Visually near to EX. Played majority of this this morning on my budget deck, I will play the rest in the next few days and update the listing. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent, sometimes better. Clear, clean and loud. Faint trace of background sound in "Julia". I also have not cleaned this record in the RCM so you may get a bit more out of it sound wise if you want to. Cover is in great shape. It is firm and square and has only light edge wear (maybe light to moderate to spine), light corner wear and minimal creasing. Really clean inside of gate fold. Poster is intact and complete with a few patches of discolouration to the lyric side and pin holes to four corners. Black inners are the best I have seen with minimal wear and no splits. Photos have hardened glue residue to rear. Really Clean labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Great sounding and looking complete UK 1st press. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
