Description
A true 1969 original “Side-loader” pressing-Apple labels featuring no “Sold In The U.K.” on both discs. Minor repairs to the Apple inners. Vinyl shows (unbelievably) no handling, and playback reflects this with nearly any surface-noise at all-a beautiful listen (there are two very small manufacturing blemishes on side 3, and a bit of no fill on the last few seconds of side 2). The sleeve is still bright white and very well kept, with it’s only real fault being that it has some creases and some minor corner bumps. She’s apparently been archived for quite some time, and is a very nice find. The original poster & photos are included and barely touched. Side 4 is a -2, while the rest have -1’s in the runouts. It is very rare to find a 7 digit “Side-loader” (subsequent represses only had 6 digits starting in 1970), never mind in this condition.
