Description

An original 1st press of Twist & Shout ep from 1963. Matrix 1N/1N. Stampers 1-GM/1-GT. Please note there is NO mention of the 'Sold In The UK' blurb at the centre of the labels and it also states 'Recording First Published' - this is all indicative of 1st issue. The vinyl comes housed in an original Garrod & Lofthouse cover.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In great shape and has clearly only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference was minimal - just a touch of light static briefly in one or two moments and even this is very minor.
Cover (Ex) About as good as you could possibly hope to find. A shiny front and a rear free from the usual fading. Yes, there's a slight impression from the record showing through, but it is unavoidable and very minor. Edge wear is light and the spine is 100% intact. A superb specimen.
