Description
I am selling some BEATLES Vinyl from my collection. So, please check my other auctions.
IN THIS AUCTION:
· “SOUVENIR OF THEIR VISIT TO AMERICA” by the Beatles
· This EP is 1-903.
· This EP was issued in March of 1964.
· This EP contains 4 songs. Side 1: “MISERY” & “A TASTE OF HONEY” Side 2: “ASK ME WHY” & “ANNA”.
· There were several versions of this EP issued by VJ Records (oval logo, brackets logo, all-black label). The record in this auction has the rainbow label with brackets logo. “ASK ME WHY” is in the same size font as the other song titles on the side 2 label.
· In the “brackets logo” version, there were 3 type-setting variations. The record in this auction is the (02A) version. The labels have the record catalog number at the bottom and the publishing credits on the right.
· The COVER is a cardboard cover with slicks pasted on it.
· The COVER is in VERY STRONG VG+ CONDITION. It has minimal wear on the slicks. There is some light wear on the edges and corners, a couple of light corner creases, and a small seam split at the bottom edge at the opening that has been nicely repaired.
· Due to the primarily black cover, this is a VERY tough EP cover to find in nice and clean condition without significant wear.
· The VINYL is in VERY STRONG VG+ to NEAR MINT MINUS CONDITION. It is nice and clean with just a few very light surface hairlines/scuffs. There is a TINY pressing fault (indention), so tiny it’s maybe the size of a pin head on one side that is hardly even noticeable and does NOT affect play at all. Not a big deal at all, but I mention it anyway.
· It’s a GREAT BEATLES VJ EP in GREAT CONDITION! Shouldn’t you give it a place in your vinyl collection?
Thanks to Perry Cox’s Price Guide for the Beatles American Records for details about this record.

On Apr-27-14 at 07:30:34 PDT, seller added the following information:NOTE: I need to point out that the bottom left CORNER CREASES visible on the reverse side image (image 2) are on the slick itself. The cardboard cover itself is NOT creased or bent. I think slick came unglued at some time in the past, got creased when it was partially detached, and then was reglued which is why it shows the white crease lines.
