1964 The Beatles VS The Four Season --2 album set - Mono 33 LP--- The International Battle of the Century..
Portrayed album cover with pictures, the cover is clean and the coloring is still pretty bright. The outside fold of the cover is a bit worn for about 2" , it is not worn clear though and does not obscure the writing on the edge, just a fine layer of wear. (See pic).
On the front of the cover there is light wear on the lower right front corner. No writing on the front cover.
On the rear cover, it is bright ,but worn evenly. There is some light writing in "The Winner" box. (See pic). That is the only writing on the entire cover inside and out.
The double inside of the cover is very bright and very little wear. The inside fold is perfect with no wear or tears.
The top edge of the front cover is split clear across (see pic). The bottom of the front cover is split about 2" and has a 1/2" split about 3" from the bend.
The top of the back cover has a 2" split about 2" from the bend. The bottom edge has a 3" split from the outside edge.
Four Seasons side 1 has a few very light scratches ,but no mars or gouges . The label is loose and bubbled, like it may have had a sticker removed and delaminates the glue for about 1 square inch, also 2 names printed on edge of label (pic).
Side 2 of The for Seasons is in pretty good shape with a couple of small surface light scratches that should not bother the sound. The label is very nice.
The Beatles side 1 has a minor scuff and a few light scratches. They should not affect the playing. There is a small piece of the label on the VG symbol ( probably from removing a sticker and there are two names printed on the edge of the label.
The Beatles side 2 has 3 pretty long , but not deep scratches and the label is very good.
Over all, I would expect this double album to have a bit of crackles, but it should play though fine, none of the scratches are deep. If you are interested I could take closeup pictures of any part of the cover or albums, just let me know.
There is no poster and the sleeves are not original.
