We take a break from the LPs this week with some interesting and hard to find 45s & EPs from Iran
Prior to the 1979 revolution, a number of Beatles songs appeared on vinyl here. EPs were often shared with other popular western artists of the day
Here are two 1960's Iranian 4-track EPs, both featuring a track by The Beatles
This mid-1960's EP includes The Beatles 'Roll Over Beethoven' and is on the white 'Top 4' label: EX 4010
The EP also includes: Trini Lopez - 'This Land Is Your Land', Betty Curtis - 'Cercami' & The Fingers - 'Never Love A Stranger'
This second EP includes The Beatles 'Twist & Shout' and is on the brown/orange 'Top 4' label: EX 4011
The EP also includes tracks by: Gino Paoli, Richard Anthony & Los Indios Tabajaras
Both discs are housed in generic company sleeves which are both worn & torn
CONDITION
Both discs: GOOD
Both have clean labels with moderately worn playing surfaces, free from any major marks
