This auction is for a two-record lot of classic Beatles albums, both rare UK pressings with distinct collectible details. 1. The Beatles (The White Album) – PCS 7067/8 – UK Apple Reissue (c. 1970–1973) This is the iconic 1968 double album, The Beatles, universally known as "The White Album." This particular copy is a highly sought-after early UK reissue on the Apple Records label.Key Pressing Details:
Catalogue Number: PCS 7067 (Stereo)
Label Type: Apple Records (Green Apple side A/C, Sliced Apple side B/D)
Country of Origin: Made in U.K.
Identifying Marker: The most important feature for identifying this as an early reissue is the text "(An E.M.I. Recording)" located on the label. The original 1968 first pressings did not include this text.
Dating: This pressing typically dates to the 1970–1973 period, just before the labels were updated to include a full EMI box logo.
2. Beatles for Sale – PMC 1240 – UK Mono 1st Pressing (1964). This is an original UK pressing of the band's fourth studio album, Beatles for Sale. This is the desirable Mono mix, which offers a punchier and more detailed sound than the stereo equivalent.

Catalogue Number: PMC 1240 (Mono)
Label Type: Yellow/Black Parlophone (used from 1963–1969)
Dating/Edition: This is an original 1964 First Pressing or a very early subsequent pressing, confirmed by the label text:
Rim Text: Starts with "THE PARLOPHONE CO. LTD." (This text changed to "The Gramophone Co. Ltd." on later 1965 pressings).
Additional Text: Includes both "RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1964" and "SOLD IN U.K. . . ." on the label.
Please note that these are both pre-loved donated vinyl records. The records do have light surface scratches and Beatles for Sale does have some vigorous scratches on both sides. Sue Ryder unfortunately can not test these vinyls for functionality due to not having the appropriate facilities. The vinyls are both sold as shown , if you are unhappy , we do accept returns within 30 days for a full refund. Sold as shown, please refer to the photos before making the decision to bid.
