Hello and thanks for looking.
So what we have here appears to be a variant of the 1st press of 1963's 'WITH THE BEATLES'. PCS 3045.
In terms of distinguishing features, I can confirm the following: The sleeve is printed at Ernest J Day & Co Ltd. The 'Jobete' publishing miscredit is present. The label has "KT" embossed on one side, "Recording first published 1963", but no "Sold in the U.K..." statements.
On side 2 the label incorrectly lists track 3 as "You Really Gotta Hold on Me" (but not on the sleeve itself)

...the mix of 'Roll Over Beethoven' definitely does feature 'really loud clapping' as described. But I'm not familiar enough with other versions to really comment on how different this might be.
Cosmetically, it's in pretty good shape. The flipback cover is intact with no seam splits or unglued areas, just some creasing to the laminate here and there, and some very minor damage to the bottom right corner. The EMITEX inner is in nice shape without any seam splitting too. The record itself is pretty good. Under inspection in strong daylight some marks are visible here and there. Most notable is a mark across a section of B4 and B5. Generally I would say VG+ A quick playtest reveals it sounds great. The section described above seems to result in some light pops which I wouldn't describe as overpowering in any way.
Bear in mind there's some reflection on the pictures of the record itself. Hopefully the pics will tell you anything else you need to know, but if not, just message me.
