Description
The Beatles With The Beatles mono PMC 1206
An original UK mono copy of ‘With The Beatles’ with comparatively rare XEX 447/8 4N matrices and with 1R and 1A stampers. Also with outstanding VINYL and audio plus an exceptionally RARE Garrod & Lofthouse SAMPLE cover!
Side 1: XEX 447-4N (1R) Side 2: XEX 448-4N (1A)
Both sides have remarkable mark free vinyl. The audio playback is EXCELLENT PLUS…You will really go a long way to find an original 1963/64 piece of Beatles vinyl in better condition that this
one! A few minor hairline scratches only.
The LABELS are also very clean and unmarked, very minor spindle trails visible to the naked eye. It can be seen and heard that this LP has not been played much and been well looked after.
The GARROD & LOFTHOUSE tri-flipback cover is an excellent example. No marks or writing. Some age related laminate creases and discoloration. Slight corner and edge wear. What makes this cover a very special and rare one is the
‘ Garrod & Lofthouse Sample No ’ stamp on the back of the cover. I have never seen one before on a Beatles LP cover.
Finally the EMITEX inner, poly lined, is a superb example with no tears, rips or marks.
Overall an OUTSTANDING and DIFFERENT copy of With The Beatles. This one has a minimum bid of £25.
