Description
Selling this original White Album from 1968 in Mono on behalf of a friend.
Has a relatively low number No. 0037395
The 2 black inner sleeves are replacements bought a couple of years ago as the original ones, in his words, were knackered.
The vinyl on all four sides have numerous surface marks but only one is lightly feelable and is very short, right at the end of side 4 and is no problem when played. The rest of the sides play ok with only noticeable crackle when there are quieter moments. In fact this is still a very enjoyable listen. I would say VG according to the rare record price guide, maybe a touch less .
The original poster has signs of ageing especially to the folded seams but is still in one piece and also VG in my opinion
The four original pictures are in decent condition
The top opening sleeve has a some wear but on the whole is still pretty good. You can see in my pictures that there are some small marks or creases where the dirt through the ages has crept in and stayed there. There is also a small blob on the front of sleeve which i thought at first was wax but think now that it's a fault in the laminate. Again i would judge this as VG
