STUNNING AUDIO, WITH BARELY A POP/CRACKLE, AND ABSOLUTELY NO SKIPS OR JUMPS.

THE SLEEVE IS ALSO A FIRST PRESS TOP OPENING NUMBERED GATEFOLD. 0516998.

COMPLETE WITH ALL INSERTS - 4 PORTRAIT PHOTOS, FOLD OUT POSTER, AND 2 ORIGINAL DIE-CUT INNERS.

Vinyl. Visually I’d grade it as VG+, as has some marks/hairlines (nothing feelable/deep); the audio though is excellent, perhaps better, with barely a crackle or pop, and absolutely no skips or jumps.

Label: Clean, bright, very little spindle ware, and very little ware to the centre hole.

Disc 1: Side 2. (NO EMI)

Vinyl perhaps not quite as good in appearance, but again the audio is excellent. Very little crackle/pop, and again absolutely no skips or jumps.

Label: Clean and bright, with spindle ware really only visible under angled light. Very little ware to the centre hole.

Disc 2: Side 3. (NO EMI)

Stamper: ODG

Vinyl is a little better in appearance than disc 1, with again, superb audio playback. Barely a crackle or pop, with no skips or jumps.

Label: Clean, bright, and very little visible spindle ware. Again, the centre hole has next to no ware.

Disc 2: Side 4. (NO EMI).

Stamper: RM

Vinyl appearance as flip side, but with a longer more visible mark/hairline to left of label, but the superb audio experience is maintained. Very few pops and crackles, and once again, absolutely no skips or jumps.

Label: As flip side. Clean, bright, next to no visible spindle ware, or ware to centre hole.

POSTER.

‘Northern Songs’ imprint, red lipstick, thus, an original.

Condition is excellent with very little ware.

No splits, no pin holes.

INNER SLEEVE.

Both original die cut inners (rough texture within), have extensive seem splits and fraying, but would be repairable with care.

TOP OPENING NUMBERED GATEFOLD G&L SLEEVE.

(Some yellowing throughout)

Some minor cracks and creasing to front, with a mark/ware just below embossed name.

The rear (STEREO to top right corner) also shows signs of ware.

Spine is complete, but with creasing. ‘The Beatles’ quite faint, but legible.

I would describe the overall condition of the item as minimum VG+/Excellent, simply because the audio is just so very very good. Indeed the audio certainly outweighs the appearance of the vinyl, which itself is VG. With the poster also being in excellent condition, and the fact that it has the 4 photos and original inners, this really is a superb item.

I also tend to be quite conservative in my gradings, and maintain a 100% positive feedback rating. So bid with confidence. Please see some recent feedback comments below.
