The Beatles - White Album 1st UK Mono Press Complete with, die-cut black inner sleeves, photos and poster. The labels have No ‘An EMI Recording’ across sides one and two showing it to be a true 1st press crossover. Number: 0152522. Great sounding records with low mothers/stampers including the holy grail 1 G on side 4.

Media (Play Tested): VG+ (Both Discs, All Sides). Sits completely flat with no warping. Good playing surface on all sides, with little surface noise, except crackles during the quietest parts. The spindle holes are clean and with little evidence of having been played. Has, non-feelable surface marks across both discs, that whilst not affecting the sound, do prevent a higher grade. Low mothers/stampers as you would expect from this pressing. Does not have ‘An EMI Recording’ across sides one and two and with the holy grail 1 G on side four, proving that the No EMI labels do not denote the earliest pressings.
Sleeve: VG+. Number: 0152522. Very clean with some age discolouration. It has clean flip backs and good corners and sides. Some slight age wear at top loader. The number is clear and the embossed The Beatles has some laminate lift. A couple of very small marks across both sides and the interior from wear and storage. The spine is creased and has some laminate lift but ‘The Beatles’ and the Mono and Stereo catalogue numbers are fully readable.
Inner Sleeve/Poster/Photos: VG+/F/VG+ All original black inner sleeve are in nice condition though the records have been stored in anti-static sleeves. The poster has been cut into 6 pieces and has age related discolouration. The photos are nice and have no evidence of having been hung.
What can I say about this pressing, that you haven’t already read? I will just say that this is a great complete package.
