The Beatles - White Album 1st UK Stereo Press Complete with all 4 pictures, die-cut black inner sleeves, poster and spacer. Number: 0417252. Great sounding records vinyl with very low mothers/stampers.
This is a stunning copy of a great record.

Media (Play Tested): It is completely flat with no warping. Good playing surface that retains a lovely glossy sheen but has non-feelable surface marks. No skips or jumps but does have some light surface noise . The spindle holes are good but with some evidence of having been played. Low mothers/stampers as you would expect from this pressing. Although this only has the EMI missing from sides 3&4, and is technically a crossover, the very low stampers show this is a true first pressing.
Sleeve: VG. Clean with some very slight age discolouration. It has very clean flip backs but with light scuffs on the corners and sides. The number is incredibly clear and the embossed The Beatles has no visible laminate lift at all. The spine is split and has creases, both ‘The Beatles’ and the Mono and Stereo catalogue numbers are readable but not clear.
Inner Sleeve/Inserts/Poster/Spacer: VG+/VG+/VG+/G+. All original black inner sleeve with small at the die cuts and small splits on the seams, along with some creasing, though the records, have been stored in anti-static sleeves. The Photos are originals and look like they have never left the sleeve, though they have tiny pin marks in the corners, so must’ve been!. The poster has age related discolouration and is weakened at the folds, but not split. The spacer is heavily creased and has a small tear.
What can I say about this pressing that you haven’t already read? I will just say that this is a great complete package.
