This is the standalone version of The White Album from the 2014 Mono reissues.
Vinyl Visual Grades: Side 1: EX (very light hairlines toward the end of side 1 that do not affect play, very slight warp less than 1/16") Side 2: EX (very slight warp less than 1/16") Side 3: VG+ (inaudible sleeve scuff, light hairlines on Helter Skelter that do not affect play, very slight warp less than 1/16") Side 4: VG+ (significant warp of ~ 3/16" tracks without on my Project DC)
Vinyl Play Grades: Side 1: EX (very minor surface noise on the lead in to USSR and towards the end of Happiness, clean otherwise) Side 2: EX (very minor surface noise during the first minute or so of Martha My Dear) Side 3: VG+ (very minor surface noise on the intro to Mother Nature's Son and from Helter Skelter->Long, Long, Long) Side 4: EX (very minor surface noise during quiet parts or Revolution 9 & Good Night)
Sleeve Grade - NM The jacket and inserts have no visual blemishes to my eye. Also, set is complete, no inserts are missing. See pics!
Overall:
Just a note on how I grade to start. IMO a Near Mint record is a flawless unsealed record with no blemishes. Please consider that when looking at the grading.
This is a really great copy of the 2014 Mono White Album. I'm the original owner, it's been played maybe a handful of times. The biggest issue with it is the warp on side 4, which like I said tracks just fine on my player. If you have a "budget" table, it may have a harder time. The warp can also be easily fixed with a Vinyl Flat which unfortunately, I do not have. Other than that just some very minor surface noise in a few spots that in no way takes anything from the music. A few cosmetic blemishes on 2 sides and that's about it. Cover and inserts all flawless. Will ship in an archival sleeve with the records outside of the jacket to prevent seam splits.
