For sale we have a RARE copy of The Beatles self titled "White Album" on vinyl. This is the 1978 French Pathe Marconi limited edition featuring 2 white vinyl records. Please see the photos for more information on the condition of this album.
Matrix Numbers on LPs:
Side 1: YEX 709 21 Side 2: YEX 710 2 1B Side 3: YEX 711 21 Side 4: YEX 71 2 21
SLEEVE: The sleeve is in overall VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) condition. It shows some corner wear from storage as well as a minor crease on the top right corner. The sleeve shows some minor discoloration consistent with a record that is approaching 50 years old. It appears there is some light sticker residue on the top left side of the album from where a hype sticker may have been at one time. Overall this cover is VERY NICE for its age and presents extremely well. The sleeve for this remains nice and shiny with "The Beatles" embossed on the album.
VINYL: The vinyl record itself is in overall EXCELLENT (EX) condition. The vinyl record appears to have been sparingly played. We could detect only the faintest of signs of prior use. There are absolutely no major scratches or defects here. This is in really nice shape for its age! This record was obviously well cared for. There is some very slight dust present from normal storage. Because this is a all white record it makes inspecting it harder than usual, we did our best to photograph and take pictures of the matrix numbers on the individual records.
