Vinyl - VG++ Sleeve - G-
First the good news, the vinyl is in superb condition with very few markings or scuffs.
Now the bad news, the sleeve and inners are obviously water damaged and is ripped and torn in several places. 
Please look at all the photos carefully. I have done my best to present this record accurately as is.
