BEATLES WHITE ALBUM on WHITE VINYL SEBX-11841
Up for auction is another one from my collection. The discs have never been played and have kept upright in a box encased in a plastic sleeve. All original crisp white paper sleeves, poster and photos. One odd thing that is common with color vinyl pressing is on number side 3 is a different small dark color vinyl color pressed into the white vinyl. This does not affect any playing quality and was just a part of the press melt. Again fairly common on these special limited edition records. See pictures. This was the original 1978 pressing and is NM++++
You will also see some unique Label and Sleeve differences:
Track B5, label says: Rocky Racoon, sleeve says: Rocky Raccoon.
Track B7, label: Why Don’t We Do It In The Road, sleeve: Why Don’t We Do It In The Road?
I collected vinyl way back in mid 70's and 80's when friends in the music distribution business would tell me of special items of interest. I never describe Vinyl as Mint unless it's sealed, thus these are listed as NM - but each disc is minty mint! The vinyl is shipped inside professional media box and will be place outside of the Factory Album Sleeve, in Mobile Fidelity Professional Original Masters Sleeves. The box has 'Fragile' and 'Do not Bend' stickers on both sides.
