The Beatles White Album MONO 1968 UK LP PMC 7068 / Apple PMC 7068
1st Press Only vinyls (LP1 - Side1; Side 2; LP2 - Side 3; Side 4)
The Beatles (The White Album), Apple PMS 7067/7068, mono, 1968. 2LPs set. Fair condition; Dark green label with an image of an apple on side 1 and sliced apple on side 2. First label variation have “33 1/3” text at the top line of the left side and “Sold In U.K. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists” text. Publishing year printed with small copyright symbol (p).
Matrix numbers: Side 1: XEX 709-1; Side 2: XEX 710-1; Side 3: XEX 711-1; Side 4: XEX 712-1;
Mothers/Stampers: Side 1: 1,10/GRO; Side 2: 5/AD; Side 3: 3/TH; Side 4: 4/RRL;
VINYLS: Fair condition. Surface has non feelable scratches, but has many surface scuffs. (see pics.) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, loud pops; Side 1, Side 3, Side 4 has no jumps. Side 2 has one jump first song Martha My Dear. The sound is strong, clear mono, but I think the presence of a significant number of pops and clicks makes the records suitable for filler.
Hamilton collage poster 85.8 x 57.2 cm. Fair condition. The poster The offer also contains the Hamilton collage poster, with the lyrics on the back, which is usually placed together with the vinyl records, photos and cover. The poster is torn in several places and needs to be repaired and use as a filler.
The records are housed in sturdy new black inner sleeves, that are not the originals.
