Record grading;
Mint- item is factory sealed.
Near mint - item has been opened but has no marks visible under led lights.
Excellent- record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very good - record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated.
Fair - record is still just playable, displays considerable surface noise and may even jump.
I also use + and - when a record falls between two grades and try to put a brief description of any noticeable faults and to photograph and faults.
On 12-Nov-16 at 12:11:47 GMT, seller added the following information:I have played the lp through and would say that the condition should be described as excellent. Although there are a few fingerprints and marks visible under the led lights the playback is superb and there is no background noise audible even in quiet phases. It also has the original black inners in very good condition with a few creases. Altogether it is a very nice copy.
