Early Pressing – All -1 Matrices
Original UK stereo pressing of The Beatles’ White Album featuring the highly desirable -1 matrix on all four sides (YEX 709-1 / 710-1 / 711-1 / 712-1), indicating the original 1968 cuts.
Matrix details:
Side 1: YEX 709-1 / Mother 1 / Stamper LGG
Side 2: YEX 710-1 / Mother 3 / Stamper AA
Side 3: YEX 711-1 / Mother 1 / Stamper G (very early stamper)
Side 4: YEX 712-1 / Mother 5 / Stamper GGT
A great example of an early UK pressing with original mastering throughout. Notably includes a very early Side 3 (1G/1), offering excellent audio quality.
Vinyl: Cautious VG+. Light hairline marks commensurate with age, nothing feelable. A played but very well cared for copy
Sleeve: VG+. Top Loading, no seam splits. Small mark to the laminate (approx. size of a fingernail) to the rear.
Includes: Poster, photos and tissue photo spacer. All also in great condition.
A solid collector’s copy and a fantastic player-grade example of this iconic album with authentic early UK metalwork. Priced fairly based on condition. My own personal copy for many years and I've enjoyed it and cared for it.
