The Beatles - The Beatles - UK Original Stereo - PCS 7067/7068
Condition
Cover
The cover is in excellent overall condition. Slight age staining in places and spine wear. Easily grades as EX Cover has "Stereo" sticker on it. Not sure why, as it has the small "stereo" on the back as normal with original white album covers.
Vinyl
Matrix numbers Side one YEX 709-1 Side two YEX 710-1 Side three YEX 711-1 Side four YEX 712-2
Stampers Side One - GT at 3 o'clock on the vinyl,1 at nine o'clock Side Two - LT, at 3 O'Clock on the vinyl,2 at nine o'clock Side Three - RT at 4 O'clock on the vinyl,5 at nine o'clock Side Four - GMP at 3 O'Clock on the vinyl,2 at ten o'clock
Number embossed is 0526255
The vinyl on all four sides is stunning and still retains an amazing beautiful overall sheen. There are minor signs of sleeve removal, a couple of non feelable needle under my halogen downlighters on both sides but nothing of any note. Overall condition would conservatively be EX+
The labels have some spindle marks and would grade as EX+
Inner Sleeves
The black original inner sleeves are in good shape, one has some small tears along the top. Grades as VG/EX
Photographs
The photographs of John & George are original and are superb. Both grade as NM The photographs of Paul and Ringo are later ones and would also grade as NM
Poster
The poster is in fair shape. Creses and some seam tears. Grades as VG
Overall a fantastic original Stereo pressing of The Beatles.
