Description
Original 1968 UK pressing of the classic Beatles double LP “The Beatles” (or The White Album)
Great playing copy! Comes with the original poster and photos. Top loader sleeve mono version. Numbered copy number 0176974. An EMI recording text on labels. KT tax code stamped on side 1 label.

Vinyl grades as VG+ overall. Visually it grades between VG and VG+ with light non feelable paper scuffs and hairlines when viewed under strong light. However it plays much much better with lovely clear audio throughout. A tiny amount of background crackle in a couple of spaces between tracks only and this is very very minimal/quiet. Run ins are quiet. The only issue I noticed was one small (next groove) skip in “Martha my dear”. I can’t see or feel any mark on the surface that would cause this. It has no other pops, sticks, jumps, skips or major deterioration in sound. VG+ overall due to the one small tic and with EX+ audio throughout the rest of the album.
The sleeve is VG+ overall. It has light ring wear showing and a few laminate crinkles. Very small crease on one corner. No writing, rips, tears, major wear or issues.
Please note: The original black inners are missing but I will replace them with brand new plain black poly lined inners.
The 6 sheet fold out poster is intact and in EX-condition. One small tear/fold on the outer edge of one of the folds (see photos)
The glossy photos are in superb condition and grade EX+
Overall this is a very decent and great sounding original mono pressing from the year of release.
