Vinyl is EITHER VG+ or POOR (see grading below)

As you can see my grading of this record is pretty contradictory.

THE REASON: There seems to be a pressing defect with this copy, Disc 1 has significant white noise on both sides throughout. You can hear this noise very prominently in the dead space before and after each song.

I provided a youtube link so you can get an idea.

Disc 2 seems to have the same problem but WAY less noticeable.

Overall, the more quiet songs on Disc 1 have the most noise present underneath the mix and the louder songs seem to cover up the noise, weird. I would say Side 2 is the most problematic.

Disc 2, both sides, are still a decent listen as well as Side 1 of Disc 1.

Without the presence of the white noise I would grade the album as VG to VG+ but because of this apparent printing issue I have to HONESTLY bring it down to POOR simply because I wouldn't expect anyone to use this copy as their primary listening copy of this record.

That being said, I'm listening to it as I write this and I have to admit it's mostly enjoyable. (SEE GRADING BELOW) (SEE PICS)

**Album includes the POSTER and all 4 PORTRAITS**

Gatefold jacket is solid and sturdy, but also shows some handling and shelf wear clearly visible in the photos.

**I will ship with protective poly sleeve for preservation**

**Overall This is cool collectors piece that is a great addition to any Beatles fan.

Grading Scale

Sealed = Never Opened

MINT = New stock (rarely used even with new LP’s)

NM = Near Mint with only one or two minor defects.

EX = extremely nice, would be NM except for a couple of fine hairline scratches or scuffs which do not affect playing.

VG+ = A nice but used record that may have a couple of light scratches or scuffs. It may play with a few pops but has no serious problems.

VG = A well used record that still plays OK but may have moderate surface noise, pops , etc.

VG- = A very well worn record that plays through without skipping, but would not be recommended for a collector.

FAIR = A very well worn record that may have skips and pronounced crackle and pops.

POOR = A record meant to be a placeholder in a collection. Not recommended for play.
