I purchased this at a record convention some 20 to 30 years ago. I have played it no more than twice. Actual records are mint. The gatefold album jacket is in fine shape with some minor flaws as follows:
Minor ring wear on front, even lighter on back; Very slight crease on top, 3 1/2 inches from right side and running down 1/2 inch; even slighter crease on bottom, 3 1/4 inch from right side and running slightly diagonal towards the right for 1/4 inch; bottom right hand corner on front of jacket is slightly "smooshed", 1/8 inch wide and not quite 1/2 inch long. Upper left hand front of jacket has slight yellowing in the corner running down from the top 1/2 inch and from the left side running about 5/8 inch wide forming an almost square pattern.
The picures are like new with no folds, tears or rips. The only folds in the poster, with pictures on one side and the lyrics on the other are the actual folding of the poster to fit inside the jacket. No rips or tears in that either. The picture sizes are 7 3/4 inch wide X 10 3/4 inch high. The poster/lyrics sheet measures 22 3/8 inches wide X 33 7/8 inches high.
This is a true collector's piece for the Beatles fan out there.
