Description
PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS! AND READ THE ENTIRE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AS THERE IS A LOT TO DESCRIBE!!
Includes the Poster and all 4 photo inserts, although they have been detached from each other.I would actually grade the vinyl as "Very Good Minus" condition. The LP is in better than Good Plus condition, but not as good as Very Good. Therefore, it is being graded in between at "Very Good Minus". (I know, I know, Ebay doesn't have a VG- rating, but I'm going to use it anyway)
The cover is in really nice shape (especially for this cover).
There are some visual surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with a Very Good- grading. The surface marks do not adversely affect play and look worse than they sound.
THIS IS A PRETTY NICE COMPLETE COPY OF THE MUCH RARER "APPLE LABEL VARIATION" with "RECORD NUMBER DESIGNATIONS" of "RECORD 1" AND "RECORD 2" on the labels.
This version rarely comes up for sale and this one is complete!
THIS IS THE SUPER RARE "REVISED LABEL VERSION". THESE REVISED LAYOUT LABELS ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN AND DIFFICULT TO FIND, HAVING THE RARE "RECORD NUMBER DESIGNATIONS" of "RECORD 1" and "RECORD 2" ON THE UPPER RIGHT AREA OF THE APPLE ON ALL SIDES, AND THE "MFD. BY APPLE" PERIMETER PRINT ONLY ON THE FULL APPLE SIDES.
PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME! But you will hear some surface noise typical with a Very Good- grading.Up for sale is one(1) The Beatles - White Album double LP from 1968 on Apple Records (#SWBO-101).
The cover is EMBOSSED, BUT IT IS NOT NUMBERED.
Contains 1 of the 7 "errors". Rocky Racoon is missing the second "C" in Raccoon.
The vinyl is in VERY GOOD- condition, but has some surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with a VERY GOOD- grading. Even with a VERY GOOD- grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly more noticible during the quiet parts.
The Poster is in Very Good condition, with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, creases, fade spots, scrapes, small tears, etc... There are some small tears at the foldover / crease ponts.
The 4 Photos are in Very Good condition, with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, creases, fade spots, scrapes, etc... The John photo seems to have a little more wear to it with some creases and crumples, I think the John photo was displayed at one point in time many years ago.
The gatefold cover is in Very Good- condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, creases, fade spots, scrapes, peeling, staining, and ring wear, etc... There is a noticeable crumple in the upper left front corner.
The top & bottom of both sides of the gatefold have just the very beginings of seam separation. Also on both sides of the bottom there is a noticeable ding.
This cover typically does not age well, but this one is in Very Good shape(especially for this cover).
The labels are in Very Good condition with some spindle marks.
Comes in plain white inner sleeves.
I am thinning out my vinyl collection. This is the actual item you will receive. See the photos and judge for yourself.
