Description
I play all my records from beginning to end prior to auction on my Garrard 401 record player using a Shure V15 cartridge.
Here I have a copy of the The Beatles 1968 release 'The Beatles' or 'White Album'.
The record is a first issue UK stereo pressing on the 'Sold in the UK….' Apple labels. Cat no PCS 7067/ PCS 7068 The matrix side 1 709-1 stampers 1 GGP side 2 710-1 1 00 side 3 711-1 1 GM side 4 712-1 2 GA
Grading :
The record plays EX on all 4 sides and even between tracks and quieter sections there's hardly any surface noise. There's a small scratch at the start of side 1 which causes 3 low level clicks at the start of side 1 but this soon disappears once the music begins.
The laminated top loading, numbered. gatefold cover is in EX condition, with no tears, writing etc. There's a small 'stereo' printed on the back and the no 0481846 to the front. Also included is the folded poster and 4 photo's of the Fab four which are all probably unused. The black inners are there with one having some sellotape repairs/strengthening.
Overall a top notch copy of this album.
