I am going to be selling a few rare records in the next few months in order to raise funds - so please have a look at my other records! I am re listing this album due to non payment from previous buyer!
This is my copy of The Beatles' 'With the Beatles' PMC 1206. This is a 1st pressing which has the wrong credit of JOBETE for the song 'Money'. This credit was quickly changed to DOMINION BELINDA after only a week!!! Not only that but the song 'You Really Got A Hold On Me' was spelt 'You Really Gotta Hold On Me' this was spotted by John and subsequently (quickly) changed!!! These Early first press records are becoming REALLY rare but the majority that you do find are in the Mono... This has been pressed in STEREO, which is very, very hard to find now!!!
The Matrix Numbers and LOW Mothers/Stampers are YEX 110-2 (GD No number) YEX 111-2 (GG 3). The vinyl itself is in VG condition with only a few light surface marks. In general this is in clean condition, retaining its original press gleam and apart from a few light superficial marks there is very light else to talk about... Certainly no scattered hairlines when put the record under a strong light!
The heavy record plays brilliantly too with only a bit of background crackle but no clicks, skips or jumps. It has a fantastic sound, with it really showing off its first press raw power.
The sleeve is also graded as VG/EX you can see from the pictures that there is a bit of laminate creasing to the right hand side and also a tiny rip, also on the right hand side. However it's a super 51 year old cover in general, with very minimal corner ware and a fully legible spine!!! The back is in great condition too with only some natural discolouring to speak of, it's fully intact and ready to go!!!
