Description

The Beatles With the Beatles Mono DECCA pressing PMC 1202.

As can be seen in the pics this a Decca pressing identified by the prominent ridge on the labels.

The record is in really nice condition with just a couple of hairlines which don't sound and a factory mark in the vinyl on track 1, side 2 which again doesn't sound.

I have just played the disc and it does so really nicely with just a little hissing in the quiet moments, there is still a deep sheen to vinyl. If I had to grade the vinyl I would say it's EX.

The labels are nice too with just a little wear around the spindle hole as with a number of Decca records. Side 2 label has a small scratch mark on it.

There are no stampers commensurate with a Decca pressing, the matrix is XEX 447-7N / XEX 448-7N.

The cover is in VG- condition however there are some age related staining to the opening edge and it is a little dog eared, there are a couple of creases too but the lamination hasn't been breached. The rear is a bit grubby. All 3 flaps are intact on this G+L cover, you could replace the sleeve with a better one to make a really nice package.

The cover is the "Gotta" version, the label stating "Got a".

Only selling as I've upgraded.

Please email me with any questions.
