The Beatles YELLOW SUBMARINE 1969 UK * MONO * LP 1ST PRESS RED LINES PMC7070.
First pressing, January 17, 1969.
Dark green label with an image of an apple on side 1 and sliced apple on side 2. Labels have “An E.M.I. Recording” text on two lines and “Sold In U.K. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists” text. Publishing year printed with small copyright symbol (p).
Album have front laminated flipback sleeve. Covers were manufactured by Garrod and Lofthouse. The mono covers have PMC 7070 and “Also available on Stereo No. PCS 7070″ in the upper right corner and red lines above and below rear sleevenote.

The record is housed in a black inner sleeve with a die-cut circular opening on one side to expose the Apple label.

THE RECORD IS IN VERY GOOD + CONDITION: A NICE SHINY DISC THAT SHOWS SOME LIGHT SCUFFING PLAYED FROM START TO FINISH THERE ARE NO SKIPS, JUMPS OR REPEATS. THERE IS SOME LIGHT CRACKLE PRESENT WITH THE ODD CLICK IN PLACES. THE LABELS ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION - NO BIRO, NO MARKS
THE COVER IS IN VERY GOOD+ CONDITION: A VERY CLEAN COVER BUT SHOWING SOME LIGHT CREASING AND RING WEAR. THERE ARE NO SEAM SPLITS OR WRITING. THE SPINE IS STRAIGHT AND CLEAN.
