The Beatles     "Yesterday And Today"        Second State Stereo Butcher Cover

This is a US vinyl pressing on Capitol ST-2553 from 1966.      This is the Stereo issue.     The front cover has a Butcher cover underneath the trunk cover.     You can see the 'V' of Ringo's turtle neck at lower right.      The trunk cover is slightly mis-aligned and you can see a sliver of it at top left.     No attempt has been made to remove the trunk cover.   

In the Perry Cox and Frank Daniels Beatles price guide the cover is CAP 2553.SC 2PO.       The record is CAP 2553.SR13.     The cover has a '5' on the back at bottom right.   

The songs are : Drive My Car, I'm Only Sleeping, Nowhere Man, Dr. Roberts, Yesterday, Act Naturally, And Your Bird Can Sing, If I Needed Someone, We Can Work It Out, What Goes On, and Day Tripper.

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG- /  Record is G+

The cover is VG- with no writing.      There is clear tape on all three seams.          The front cover is VG, with light wear.      The back cover looks VG-, with several dirty stains and lots of ring wear.             The vinyl looks G+ and it plays VG-, with scuffs everywhere and plays with static throughout, but no skips.       The labels are clean with light spindle marks.       The record comes in a Capitol Records inner sleeve.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides. 

Postage :  Weight : 1 pound 7 ounces

You have to pay for the postage.     I pre-weigh every package, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges.   There are NO handling charges.     This record will weigh 23 ounces when ready to ship.      US winners can choose between Media mail or Priority mail.      I will print postage through Paypal and you will get an automatic email with the tracking number.      Overseas winners will get shipping by First Class Mail International.    I will print postage through Paypal and you will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number.      I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday).
