The Beatles Yesterday & Today Stereo Japan Lp
Item: Beatles Yesterday & Today Japan Lp issued in the 90's to commerate the 1966 issue of the infamous butcher sleeve. Yesterday & Today was originally issued in 1966 with the Butcher sleeve to much disgust as the sleeve caused controversy and all unsold copies were quickly withdrawn by Capitol only after shortly releasing the album. All recalled copies were then quickly pasted over with the Trunk cover then buyers realised that the new pressing of Yesterday & Today lp had a paste over sleeve and many were damaged trying to remove the new paste over cover. A first issue Butcher Stereo pressing is worth thousands and now are very rare. This is a great opportunity to get this copy for a fraction of the price.
Sleeve: M All spines are in fine shape and text on the side spine is clearly readable. The sleeve really is mint condition and has been kept in a plastic sleeve since purchased and has no damage, rips, tears, marks.
Inner Sleeve: M Plastic inner
The Record: M Superb condition no noticeable marks.
The Labels: M No damage or spindle marks at all.
