Description
Original MONO 2nd State (Paste Over) "Butcher" version of The Beatles - Yesterday and Today. Guaranteed authentic, you can easily see Ringo's V-Neck outline in the 2nd picture on the right hand side. Great 2nd State version with no obvious attempt to ever peel. Comes with original inner sleeve as well. Mono /T-2553 / 6 RIAA
I would grade the vinyl, both sides, a strong VG+. Nice and glossy, does show some visual surface scuffs and wear consistent with a record that has been loved and played, but cared for. Play tested on two different turntables, a few cracks and pops throughout my play experience but nothing ugly.

Inner sleeve shows yellowing from age, is split at the bottom but is original with no taping. I would easily rate the sleeve a strong G++ to VG. There is what appears to be an ink mark on the front near George's head, visible in the pictures, mark is not on his face. There is some age and overall surface discoloration consistent with age and expected handling, minimal ring wear front and back, overall colors however are still nice and bright. Spine has significant wear but does not appear to have ever been taped.
PLEASE examine all pictures carefully as they are an important part of the description.
Overall, this is very rare record consistently increasing in value in good condition. In this instance both the LP AND the Cover are in good condition and the overall package is original. Perfect to frame or to play and enjoy, the music is heavenly of course.
