Profile: Pressing plant for Capitol Records, Inc., located in Jacksonville, Illinois. Manufacturing operations began on July 12, 1965, and continued up until 2004, at which time the plant ceased production of recorded media and became a dedicated distribution center for CDs and DVDs until 2013.
Capitol ceased vinyl pressing operations at Jacksonville in 1986 when pressing equipment was removed and CD manufacturing equipment installed. CDs began flowing from Jacksonville in early 1987, followed by DVD manufacturing, which continued until 2004.
"Per Goldmine Grading: Play graded EX. Both sides still have the original gloss with surface scuffs that did not affect play on my TT. Beautiful recording. If you haven't heard it before, you will probably hear things you never heard. Sleeve is graded Mint-, Only because it was opened. No Seam Splits. Still has beautiful gloss. See Photos.
