You are bidding on a copy of the Beatles "Yesterday and Today" in GOOD condition.
Truth told, I can't spot Ringo's v-neck no matter how I try, so it probably isn't a Butcher paste-over. Weird thing is it sure looks like one (I've owned one before), but I'm not going to risk tearing it. Up above the paste is "File Under: The Beatles" and then the pressing # ST 2553. So no promises in that regard. Take a look at the photos yourself.
Capitol Records. No RIAA award symbol. "New Improved Full Dimensional Stereo"
Cover: Good + rating. In excellent condition with minor shelf wear ring along the bottom edge. Slight 1/2 inch bend in top right corner.
Top and Bottom Seams: Very Good rating. In tact and sturdy across top and bottom.
Spine Seam: Poor rating. Split a good 2 inches at the top and is starting to crack a bit beneath that.
Record Side 1: Good + rating. A few surface scratches, but pretty clean, plays nicely and imprint is perfect.
Record Side 2: Very Poor rating. Several really bad scratches.
A mixed bag, to be sure. But the front and back covers are excellent for display.
