New in the original sealed shrink wrap with no rips or tears -- just "glumps" as shown in the photo. As you can tell from the quality, these are not stock photos. The set weighs in at a total of 18lbs of great Beatle music. 
The 13 studio albums and Past Masters remastered in stereo utilising the same digital sources as the acclaimed 2009 CDs on 180g heavyweight vinyl.
