I am selling this item on behalf of a friend who asked me to list it for him after I sucessfully sold some autographs of my own recently.

The origional owner of this EP was my friends father who has lived in Liverpool since the early 50's. Apparently he met the Beatles in person on a couple of occasions during the 60's but I am not sure of where or when these autographs were obtained. My friend assures me that they are genuine and on examination appear a pretty close match to ones I have seen in collectors books. They also seem to have been signed very fluently and naturally. They have been signed in black ink - either in cartridge pen or felt tip- and are unfortunately a little smudged in places.

I have not attempted getting this item authenticated for this auction. I started taking steps to get a COA but after consulting several websites on the subject I have decided not to as most experts  agree that COA's are pretty worthless as there are many bogus issuers and that the best way to indicate whether something is genuine or not is to assess the known details of its history and make up your own mind. I WILL, however, attempt to get a COA before I re-list it should it not reach its starting price this time round. Either that, or I may possibly BUY IT MYSELF!!!

Whatever, this is an absolute must-have for any Beatles fan, not to mention a very sound investment. Thanks 4 looking!
