Description

The Beatles White album top opening low number 0046149 - 1st UK Pressing complete with original black die cut inner sleeve 4 photos and the lipstick poster.

Sleeve is in good condition shows signs of wear and tear - water damage to the bottom left hand side and across middle of gatefold - see photos. Laminate intact. The spine also intact but text hard to see. Corners are "nibbled"/rounded. The BEATLES clearly embossed and intact and the number is clear.

Poster is also in good condition. There is no writing and no pin holes.  There is a rip along one of the fold lines. There are a few other rips along the fold lines but nothing serious. I have tried to capture this on the photos. It is the correct lipstick poster. It is printed and made in England by Garrod and Lofthouse international ltd.

All 4 photos photos are original. NO pin holes at the corners, complete without writing or rips/tears  so in very good condition. George photo has a small stain on bottom right hand corner around the white border.

The black inner sleeves are present but show signs of aging - freyed and ripped - one is better than the other.

Labels in excellent condition - no writing and no spindle marks - have sold in UK text ; an E.M.I. recording.

Side 1 XEX 709-1 (stampers 4; GAL) - two small scratches and jumps on Back in the USSR.

Side 2 XEX 710- 1 (stampers 3; LT) - few surface marks jumps on I'm so tired track.

Side 3 XEX 711- 1 (stampers 1 MR) - no deep scratches few surface marks plays without skips or jumps good sound.

Side 4 XEX 712-1 stampers 4; HL) - no deep scratches few surface marks plays without skips or jumps good sound.
