Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
The Beatles-"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" LP, Capitol SMAS 2653, released in 1967. I think this is a first pressing, with song 2, side 1 listed as "WITH a Little Help From My Friends" and bottom right back corner has "All Rights for the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Philippines controlled by MACLEN MUSIC INC.". Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards is in VG+ condition with a few light hairlines. Cover is in VG+ condition, with some age/ring wear, more visible on the back. Complete with VG+ insert and custom inner sleeve with partial slits on all three sides.
