This mega-rare vinyl pressing is the original stereo release of this album on Parlophone, EMI; I purchased this album at the Hillside Record Convention in Illinois in the mid 1970's from a dealer who specialized in rare import Beatles vinyl releases . This album has been re-released in many formats and mostly with a totally different cover. This particular album's back cover features notes by Derek Taylor. At the bottom of the back cover it explains that this "Long Playing 331/3 R.P.M. Record" is from E.M. I Ltd., this company is described as being... "the Manufacturers of the World-Famous "His Master's Voice" Record players, Radio and Television Receivers.".I have kept this beautiful album carefully safely stored in a plastic sleeve since I purchased it; I am not a record dealer. All my e-Bay listings are from my own personal collection.If you are a fan or collector of the Beatles, you may want to follow me as a seller on e-Bay as I will be listing many rare and unusual items in the coming year. I am preparing to retire in a couple of years and will be moving to much smaller quarters. Wherefore, I have found I need to sell most of my extensive vinyl collection, including my treasured and highly valued Beatles items.
