Description
The Beatles- Revolver- Rare 1966 UK Mono First Pressing Vinyl LP with " The Gramophone Co Ltd" perimeter text and "Sold in the UK" label text, "Dr Robert" on label and sleeve, front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse flipback sleeve, kt tax code, very first issue with 606-1 matrix on side 2 (see pic 5)/ and withdrawawn"remix 11" of " Tomorrow Never Knows" ( PMC 7009)
Matrices- YEX 605-2/ YEX 606-1
Pro cleaned before being Play Tested :
Vinyl- has the occasional bit of light background surface noise during the quieter passages/intros but it's short lived and not particularly noticeable. Visually it won't win many beauty contests, it has quite a few hairlines (not feelable) on both sides and a couple of scuffs. However this is 60s pressed proper quality heavy Vinyl and it plays through in pleasing style without any jumps or skips. I would grade it Audio wise as VG+ and Visually as VG
Labels - clean with not much sign of too much spindlewear- EX
Sleeve - in nice condition for age, only some laminate creasing on the front edge and a little light edge and corner wear. The unlaminated reverse is in good shape with only light signs of any storage wear. No writing of foxing. See pics VG++
Will also come with a new pvc protective sleeve and a new white paper inner sleeve along with the original inner
