Matrix side 2:XEX 606-2 Mother:7 Stamper GRD

this is a very early copy with a "DR Robert" credit instead of"Doctor Robert" credit which is much more common

The condition of the How the record Looks is: EX 

The record both sides is really shiny, the record has a very high degree of sheen with just a few very light surface marks, showing that it has had very little use in the last 45 years a magnificent example.

The labels are both very clean and mark free and suprisingly free of spindle wear

What can I say except the vinyl sounds amazing as fresh as the day it was pressed, listen for your self, both sides play through near perfect on my Linn Axis deck, my stylus was £120.00 and will pick up even the slightest crackles.

Condition of the Ernest J Day & Co flipback outer sleeve:  a strong EX

The only way to describe this sleeve is near perfect, possibly the best condition outer sleeve I have seen, there is no problems with it at all, the laminated front is clean unmarked and shiny with no laminate cracking common to this type of cover, the spine is strong and readable, there is no edge wear to speak of and the unlaminated backsleeve is very clean indeed, an overall very excellent condition cover, again adding to the fact that this record has been really well looked after and hardly played.

Comes complete with origonal Emitex tracing paper lined inner sleeve which rates as EX-

only because it has a small piece of sellotape on it, other wise perfect

overall this copy of Revolver is a real keeper and will be a valuable addition to any audiphiles or beatles fans record collection

If you check my feedback you will see that I have sold many Beatles records and I can honestly say that this is the nicest condition copy of a mono copy of revolver, this is from my personal collection of beatles records I have owned this copy for 10 years and have played it only a handfull of times

I Use the Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:

Please note I will use + and – to denote grades in-between the ones mentioned below.

"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
