The Beatles-Rubber Soul (1995; C1 0777 7 46440 1 3) Sealed Limited Edition, Reissue, Stereo, Specialty Pressing. I purchased this brand new album in 1995.

ATTN: Since this is a Factory Sealed Album I cannot guarantee the following info on the labels and run-out groove matrix #'s will be as stated below.
Part of Capitol's Limited Edition re-issue series of the UK catalog, issued late 1995, using the same catalog #s as the late 80s vinyl pressings and the CDs that were still on the market at the time, but adding "C1". They are mastered from the same digital source tapes as the CD's.
All albums in this series up to "Magical Mystery Tour" have the purple Capitol label. The remaining titles are on Apple.
Each copy has a black "Limited Edition" sticker on the shrink-wrap.
These pressings make a total of 3 variations for each UK title (up to Revolver) that Capitol issued 1987-95.
Characteristics of the 1995 reissue:
-Catalog # revised to C1 0777 7 46440 1•3, seen on spine, bottom lower back by the Apple logo, and on labels.
-Purple Capitol label design with the Parlophone logo on the left side of label above the "I" and "2" and Apple logo on the right.
-Typo/error on B1 (on label), "Starkey" is incorrectly listed as
"Blarkey"
-Capitol oval and Apple logos along the bottom back
-Most pressings came with black "Limited Edition" hype sticker on the shrink-wrap with a corresponding catalog number.
Matte cover.
Mastered at Allied Record Company as identified by what looks like an upper case Q (but is really a lower case "a" with a tail) stamp in the run out. Pressed by Specialty Records Corporation as indicated by AL-SP and SPO etchings in runouts.
Similar 1995 pressing The Beatles - Rubber Soul was pressed by Allied Record Company as the runouts do not contain the AL-SP or SP indicators.
