The Beatles-Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band LP Here we have a superb original mono 1st pressing of this brilliant album from 1967 on Parlophone records,cat number PMC 7027. It has matrix numbers ending in "1",KT tax stamp,"Sold in the UK....." text with "The Gramophone Co" around rim. On side 2 A Day In The Life is listed,this was missed on later pressings,comes with Psychedelic inner sleeve and card insert,the sleeve has flaps on inside with track error on back,the "With" is missing from With A Little Help From My Friends,again this was corrected on later pressings. Sleeve is the rarer wide spine version.
Condition- Vinyl......Ex,superb glossy vinyl,near mint labels,few light marks,tiny light scratch on start of side 2,little bit of background static,3 or 4 faint clicks at start of side 2. Sleeve...Ex,superb fully laminated gatefold sleeve with wide spine,track error,original inner and insert. Some faint ring wear,and a couple of creases,inner sleeve has been taped on bottom edge,this is very common as the paper is very thin.
