The Beatles - The Beatles - 1968 Apple Records SWBO-101 Double Vinyl LP - VG/VG+ -FREE Insured Shipping -Original 1968 Capitol Scranton pressing with mostly corrected song titles; Numbered Jacket #0113968 – Solid condition, great gloss and shine showing signs of average play and handling. All four sides show soft scuffs/rubs and marks. Play tested after ultrasonic cleaning and found play to be generally clean and clear. Some very soft surface noise on occasion primarily in dead wax/between tracks, and within very soft musical passages. Nothing that distracts from musical playback. Overall plays through the 4 sides in the strong VG to VG+ range. Clean labels. Solid and tight outer numbered gatefold jacket showing lighter wear. Typical edge/corner rubs and bumps. No seam splits or ink marks. No original photos or poster. Will ship records inside Mofi style archival inner sleeves. All inserted into a poly outer sleeve - Professionally packaged and promptly shipped. THINGS TO CONSIDER - Considerable time is taken to clean and test play each item. We attempt to describe/photo all areas and/or issues as best as humanly possible. There is no implied quality of playability on any audio equipment other than what we use for pre-sale testing. Terms such as scuffs, hairlines, needle/ fingernail drags, sleeve rubs/scuffs and other similar words are used as descriptive forms of surface scratches that likely will not render a record as defective. Scratches that are deep and can be felt will be described as such.  As a mechanical device all records exhibit some level of surface noise most of which is covered by musical play. All but the most pristine vintage records will have surface noise between tracks and in dead wax. Most jackets will have levels of wear with rubs, bumps, creases, ink marks, etc. Photos are part of our descriptions and may reveal issues missed in listing body.
