Here is the original 1st Bee Gee’s official album. Released in 1966 on the Pink and Silver Leedon label.

This is a rare opportunity for collector’s to own this record. I know this album has potential to sell for high dollars. So I have tried to describe the record honestly in detail so the lucky buyer knows exactly what they are getting.Please, also refer to the pictures in making your decision. Any questions feel free to ask.
This was an Australian only release, and even here (in Australia) it is an extremely rare record to find in any condition. Even the repress on the calendar label is not easy to find. I have been collecting records for 17 years now and I have only had one other copy pass through my hands that was in much worse condition than this one.
Cover: VG: Original flip back laminated cover. Has ringware to both front and back. Small cover tear bottom centre front. Creases front and back. Has writing on back in red pen and 2 pencil marks next to song 3 side one and song 1 side two. All text is readable.
Spine: VG: Top spine solid. Bottom spine has a 1cm split at opening from where the record has been inserted so many times. Side spine has a 1.5cm split through the text. ‘Gibb And The’ is not readable.
Labels: VG+: Beautiful Pink and Silver labels. No writing, tears or stains. Does have spindle marks.
Record (Visual): VG: Heavy vinyl press with deep grooves. Does have many hairline marks from being removed from the plastic inner so many times. No deep scratches. Straight and flat. No warps.
Record:( Play Graded): VG+: For its age and this record being loved by its previous owner, it plays very well. Does have the usual crackles and a few light pops. Nothing that interferes with this music though. No skips or jumps.
I am listening to the record now and it is quite amazing the different styles of music that are on this album. Bubblegum pop, stuff that’s on the verge of Garage, ballads, Rock ‘n’ Roll and some of the bass lines are pretty heavy for this group and music of the time.
