Howdy All---you are looking at a very nice copy of this rare 45 on the Time label # TEP-100. This one features 4 tunes by the Bell Notes and features 3 of their own original tunes. These are from the 1959 time frame. The cover is in solid shape with hardly any wear visible at all ( this came from a batch which sat safely unplayed in a little 45 box since the 60's) and the vinyl is as follows: Side A has a few odd superficial surface marks which are not tactile, ie, they cannot be felt with the fingers. When i play that side, it has some occasional surface background noise not uncommon with many older 45s, but the surface marks might contribute to that. I say that because side B has even less lighter superficial marks and the side plays very clean with just about no background noise at all, except for the last 30 seconds or so of the side/track Sad Guitar due to a tiny surface mark which you can feel with your finger; It blends in really well with the music and so is hardly noticeable until the song ends and then you can hear it "clicking" as the stylus passes by. I thought i would mention all i could regarding the sound grade because i know this is a rare one, though possibly more so for the sleeve itself. Side A label has a little yellow number sticker as visible in foto.
