This is the VERY VERY RARE vinyl LP (plays at 45rpm) "Picnic At Oakleigh Rotunda" by The Benders. It was made in AUSTRALIA and released in 1979 on the Incognito label.

The Benders were a popular Melbourne (Australia) pub rock/punk band in the late 1970's and early 1980's. Probably best known as Deborah Conway's first band, which she joined while still at University prior to finding fame and fortune with Do Re Mi and then as a solo artist.

This album of 8 tracks was made (in very limited numbers) prior to Conway joining the band and contains rare original material - including the classic "You Make Me Pewk" !!!

This is an IMPOSSIBLE album to find - serious collectors item that I am VERY reluctant to sell !!!

 

Mint   Records which are new & never played.

Near Mint   No damage, extremely minor wear and no noise. No visible marks. Probably only played a few times. For old records you won't find them in better condition. Covers with little to no wear or creasing.

Excellent   For the casual collector, this is a still a decent record. No damage, only minor wear. Hairline scratches may be found which do not affect sound quality. Covers may have minor wear and creasing.

Very Good   Can have significant signs of use but no damage. May have blemishes and minor scratches which affects sound quality. Covers may have noticeable wear and creases but intact.

Good    Scratches and blemishes are evident, which significantly affects sound quality. Covers may be split, torn or significantly worn.

Fair   Only slightly better than listening through a mobile phone. Cover recognisable, but tattered.

Poor   Good for frisbees and starting fires.
